KIOSK SUPERVISOR

  • To be responsible for the total management of the kiosk business in order to achieve and maintain high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
  • To be responsible for the total management of the kiosk business in order to achieve and maintain financial P&L performance.
  • To ensure the effective training and development of all staff and management.
  • To manage shift operations within the kiosk, maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and kiosk cleanliness.
  • To assist in the overall management of the restaurant to ensure regulation of costs and the maximization of sales and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): strong leadership, excellent organisation skills, team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fast Food Manager experience would also be advantageous.
  • Must have a good sense of diplomatic leadership
  • Must have  very good knowledge of establishing Policies and Procedures, Standard Operating Manuals, and evaluating Managers and Supervisors performance
  • Must have carried some financial responsibility for multiple food outlets
  • Pleasant personality and customer focused.
  • Able to work under pressure, Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player with excellent and proven problem solving skills
  • Posesses basic in Accountancy
  • Be able to Succession Plan and implement comprehensive training programmes for each section
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract position available.

 

KITCHEN MANAGER

  • Under direction from owner and from general manager, oversee all operations in kitchen including, but not limited to:  deli staff and food, baked goods, dishwashing staff, catering, and all special orders.
  • Responsible for consistency and high quality of all deli food products as well as deli customer service.
  • Responsible for all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Responsible for organization and cleanliness of all areas and aspects of kitchen.
  • Responsible for organization, cleanliness, and receiving of all food storage areas; this includes proper rotation of all ingredients to prevent food waste.
  • Responsible for controlling weekly, quarterly, and annual inventory.
  • May be required to perform tasks outside of job description when needed. This includes but is not limited to helping any kitchen staff in any capacity when able, working on unscheduled days, working long days, or not having consecutive days off.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of commercial kitchen operations required.
  • Must be able to function under limited supervision.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley
  • Preferably Kitchen Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract position available.

 

GENERAL WORKER

  • Able to multi task such as operating all equipments (storing goods, stocks, garnishing food, etc.)
  • Requirement is PMR and above
  • Able to work under pressure and good in handling stress
  • Required and able to co-operate either with Kitchen Manager or Kiosk Manager (Depending on your main area of task) and following their direction
  • Punctual to work
  • Able to work in Klang Valley area
  • Having a driving license will be advantageous
  • Utmost good faith, honest and trustworthy
